Scientist. Mom. A true and non-biased voice for the people based out of White Sulphur Springs, WV.

Like many residents of my District, I waited for leadership that reflected my values--evidence-based decision-making, transparency, and respect for different perspectives. Eventually, I realized waiting wasn't enough. I decided to step forward. I truly want to represent the interests of the People of District 47. I am not self-serving. My loyalty is to my constituents, not to party leadership.

I'm registered Libertarian because I strongly value freedom. My freedom, your freedom, and your children's freedom. Further, I do not feel properly represented by either of our more prominent parties. I will work with anyone, no matter the Party, when evidence supports a policy that helps West Virginians.

Unfortunately, in this day and age, it is normal not to trust words alone. I invite you to instead judge me by my actions. Let's have an honest conversation.

Leadership isn't about having all the answers - it's about asking the right questions, listening carefully, and acting responsibly.
